We want every dog to feel safe, comfortable, and confident before their stay.

All dogs must complete a behavioural assessment and one full day of daycare before boarding.

We offer 40% off your first full day of daycare to make the transition easier and help your pup get familiar with the pack, our team, and the facility.

How to Prepare for Boarding

A few simple steps help make your dog’s stay smooth, safe, and comfortable.

Before Arrival

Pack your dog’s food in labeled portions, plus any medications or special diet items.
Ensure vaccinations are up to date: DHPP, Bordetella, and Rabies.
Provide emergency contact details and your veterinarian’s information.
Share any routines, quirks, behavioural notes, or preferences with our staff.
Complete the behavioural assessment and one full daycare day before boarding.
Schedule drop-off in advance and keep arrivals calm and positive.
